Blu Cove Yachting is very proud that the Chef of M/Y Andrea Matthaios Divanes won the 3rd place, Category A’, at the Chefs’ Competition at the Mediterranean Yacht Show in Nafplion, Greece!
The 6th Mediterranean Yacht Show once again provided the chance for some of Greece’s leading chefs to exhibit their culinary flair in the exciting Chefs’ Competition. This year the theme was ‘Street Food’ presented in a gourmet version.
The choice for this year’s competition theme reflected the popular type of cuisine that is a tasty favorite in the everyday life of millions of people worldwide. The Chefs had to turn classic street food dishes into complex gourmet recipes using sophisticated ingredients to offer multiple levels of enjoyment. Working to theme, Chef Matthaios Divanes created a delicious dish, called ‘Dirty Shrimp’.
